Terms of Agreement by Ticket Holders for Painting Party events conducted by Art Scene West, LLC. 

Ticket Holder Release of Liability: As a condition to your purchasing this ticket and any other ticket(s) you may have purchased for participants (Ticket Holders), you and each of you release Art Scene West, LLC, its gallery and retail store, employees, agents and contractors from all liability for damages for bodily injury or death and for property damage arising out of or related in any way to a Ticket Holder’s participation in such event. 

Ticket Holder Liability for Damage to Artwork: Each of the Ticket Holders accepts full responsibility for any damages he or she may intentionally or unintentionally cause to any piece of artwork offered for retail sale in Art Scene West Gallery while the Ticket Holder is participating in a Painting Party event. 

Refund Policy: Refunds are only available if requested at least six (6) hours prior to the Painting Party event which a Ticket Holder is originally scheduled to attend. If for any reason a Ticket Holder cannot attend the event they were originally scheduled to attend, they may request to reschedule their event time and date subject to availability of seats for such future events.
