Art Scene West opened its doors on July 4th, 2024, in Seaport Village — nestled along the beautiful harbor of downtown San Diego. From this intimate space, the gallery brings together a carefully curated mix of local, national, and international artists, selected through an open submissions process and rotating exhibitions that keep the collection fresh and alive.

On weekends, the gallery transforms into a working studio, where guests of all skill levels are guided through a hands-on painting experience — creating original works of their own in an environment that is welcoming, relaxed, and genuinely fun. It is one of the few places in San Diego where you can view original art, create your own, and take something meaningful home, all under one roof.
