Bio: Rachel grew up with a dresser drawer full of art supplies and a head full of imagination, forever encouraged by her creative mother. As an adult she focused her talents on beaded jewelry design and showed her work throughout many arts and craft shows throughout Northern California. Several years ago she decided to make a switch in mediums and picked up a paintbrush, attended some local classes and a new creative journey began. Ms. Warren is greatly inspired by the wild beauty of the Sacramento San Joaquin Delta in which she lives as well as the Latino culture of her mother.
Statement: My art is a tribute to my roots and a celebration of color, spirit, and storytelling.
