About the Call
Art Scene West presents the Seaport Village Art Show! Bring some of your choicest pieces to be showcased in the beautiful Lighthouse District courtyard of Seaport Village. Invite your friends, family, and fan-base for an enjoyable afternoon in the Marina District of downtown San Diego.
Timeline:
Setup: 10:00am.
Cleanup: 4:00pm
Requirements:
Artists must be residents of San Diego County and have professional presentation of their artwork. Artists will be designated a space (6ft x 4ft) from which they can showcase their art. There are no tents allowed. Artists may bring panels to display their artworks and a small table (no larger than 6ft) to showcase prints and other merchandise.
To be considered, you’ll be required to send a photographic example of your art-presentation.
Applications will be considered on a recurring monthly basis. Submitting artists are not guaranteed a spot in an upcoming Art Show. Artists are accepted once a spot becomes available, and will continue to have priority for future Art Show’s and opportunities with the gallery.
Payment of the Participation Fee includes your all-day parking pass at Seaport Village.

art sales PAYMENT PROCESS:
Art Scene West must process the payments of all artworks on the artists behalf from inside the gallery. Artists should create detailed price tags to give to their customers to bring into the gallery and make the payment to Art Scene West. Or, the artist can bring the customer and art piece into the gallery to relate the payment information directly.
At the end of the day, Art Scene West will remit the payment of 75% of the total artist sales back to the artist, via Zelle or another agreed upon method.
*Artists are not permitted to make sales on the Seaport Village premises, and any violation of this rule will result in immediate and permanent termination of future opportunities with Art Scene West.
